Re-upload to hopefully fix the crash on load issue? I don't have the issue so i don't know how to fix it so hoping a re-upload does the trick

New Ability, Deconstruction. Grants Combat Engineer when equipped with a grenade launcher, fire in the hole when equipped with a rocket launcher.

Demolitionist now gives Sapper and Tandemn Warheads when equipped with a grenade launcher, and rocket launcher and blast off when equipped with a rocket launcher

Rupturing Blast rupture reduced to 1, Rupturing Burst rupture reduced to 2.

Rupturing Blast environmental damage down to 5 from 10

Removed "SingleRendFocus" from Ghost Bullet cus tedster put it onto Rend. So no more double focus generation.

New Abilities: Dual Slash, Dual Strike, and Battle Rush

Dual Strike: A dashing melee attack that strikes with your two swords.

Dual Slash: A melee attack against an adjacent enemy that strikes with your two swords.

Battle Rush: Dual Strike and Dual Slash grant a movement only action.

New Abilities: Rupturing Burst, Rupturing Blast, Demolitionist

Rupturing Burst: A special shot that ruptures for 2 and deals damage to cover on hit. Costs 2 Ammo. This shot benefits from its own rupture effect.

Rupturing Blast: A special shot that ruptures for 3 and deals heavy damage to cover on hit. Costs 2 Ammo. This shot benefits from its own rupture effect.

Demolitionist: When equipped with a grenade launcher gain the sapper and improvise explosive abilities. When equipped with a rocket launcher gain the blast off and launch rocket abilities.

New Abilities: Lethal Injection, Cold Case

Lethal Injection: Non Turn ending shot that inflicts poison and disorient on an enemy. costs 2 ammo
Cold Case: Lethal Injection conceals you on kill.

New Abilities: Flare, Volatile Flare, Combustion

Flare: A special pistol shot that sets a target on fire and forces them to reposition
Volatile Flare: A special pistol sot that sets a target on fire, poisons them, caused them to bleed, applies acid burning, and forces them to reposition.
Combustion: Causes your first Immolator shot per turn to refund the action used.

New Abilities: Electrical Surge, Electrical Storm, Arc Master, and Power Outage

Electrical Surge: Costs 2 Ammo. Armor Piercing shot that reduces hack defense of robotic enemies and disables shields.
Electrical Storm: Costs 2 Ammo. A Non Turn Ending Armor Piercing shot that reduces hack defense of robotic enemies and disables shields.
Power Outage: Electrical Surge and Electrical Storm stun robotic enemies for 2 Actions.
Arc Master: Grants the Arc Lance and Cascading Arc Lance abilities.

Another Potential fix for No Quarter Lag (Super hard for me to test because I don't get the lag.
