Slicing Wind: Slicing Shot grants an overwatch shot

More Potential fixes for No Quarter Lag (hard for me to test cus i dont get the lag)

Frost Snap: A Non-Turn Ending shot that costs 2 ammo and applies bitterfrost.
Glacial Snap: A Non-Turn Ending shot that costs 1 ammo and applies bitterfrost.
Icy Winds: Lead The Target that applies bitterfrost. 3 Turn Cooldown.
Glacial Winds: Lead The Target that applies bitterfrost. 1 Turn Cooldown.
White Death: Replaces Frost Snap with Glacial Snap, and Icy Winds with Glacial Winds.

Potential fix for No Quarter causing lag. (I can't test it as it didnt lag my PC)

New Abilities: Acid Slash, Acid Fang, Acid Slug, Acid Splash, Caustic Demise

Acid Slash: A dashing melee attack that applies acid and shreds 2 armor.
Acid Fang: A melee attack against an adjacent enemy that applies acid and shreds 2 armor. non turn ending.
Acid Slug: A Special Shotgun attack that negates long range penalties, shreds 2 armor, and applies acid burning for 1 turn. Costs 2 Ammo.
Acid Splash: Replaces Acid Slug: A Special Shotgun attack that negates long range penalties, shreds 3 armor, and applies acid burning for 1 turn. Costs 2 Ammo. Non turn ending, no cooldown.
Caustic Demise: Grants Fastball, Devastation, and 3 Acid Grenades.

Compatibility fix for Rend not granting focus added into Ghost Bullet.

No Quarter fix for manual turn ending

Fixed Swift Knife being able to be used with 0 actions available.

New Abilitiy: Swift Knife. Free action throwing knife attack - Currently does not apply bluescreen, rend the marked, or impersonal edge, Working on that.

New Ability: Tactical Retreat. Throwing knives grants a movement only action, This can proc multiple times in a turn, additionally grants the quick draw ability, making standard throwing knives and pistol shots non turn-ending

New Ability: No Quarter - A Dashing melee attack with a pistol follow up attack. (Both are considered melee)

New Ability: Close Quarter Duelist - Take a reactionary shot at any enemy who moves or fires within 4 tiles with your Pistol.

New Ability: Fan The Hammer. Pistol Cyclic Fire

New Ability: Sheriff. Grants Watchful Eye (Holotargeter), and Cool Under Pressure

New Ability: Gas Gas Gas. Grants 3 Gas Grenades

New Ability: Caustic Arsenal. Grants 3 Acid Grenades

New Ability: To Hell and Back. Grants 3 Fire Grenades.
