- Added new respawn rover for hard enviroment start, this rover has thermal fluid integrated and a 18mm turret.
To enable it, use the new config RespawnHeavyPodEnabled, this value can be change by admin command:

/settings RespawnHeavyPodEnabled true

- Try to force sync boulders after a metor wave.
- Added new admin commands to reset voxels:

/resetvoxels all
/resetvoxels area <RADIUS AS A NUMBER>
/resetvoxels planet <PLANET : USE "$" TO USE THE NEAR PLANET OR "ALL" TO RESET ALL>

Example:

/resetvoxels all
/resetvoxels area 5000
