Fix enviroment temperature calculation to detect when are inside a grid, but with low oxygen.

- Added audio consumables.
- Fixed a crash problem with language support.
- Added new unique effects to foods, this new system let the player had max to 3 unique effects active at same time.
The max amount of active effects can be change by config value compatible with admin command settings:

/settings MaxActiveFoodEffects 4

- Added a new config value to control de max bonus damage bullets can cause in animals, it too is compatible with admin command settings:

/settings CreatureBulletDamageReciverMultiplier 8

Added to medical consumables the effect to remove time from negative effects.

Hard Mode changes:
- If you die and had no negative effect you gain wounded.
- If you die and had wounded you got deep wounded.
- If you die and had deep wounded, you got broken bones.
Damage effect to self remove over a long time:
- After 240 minutes broken bones change to deep wounded.
- After 120 minutes deep wounded change to wounded.
- After 60 minutes wounded change to concussion.
- After 30 minutes, or if you got full health, Concussion self remove.
After die if player got Hypothermia or Hyperthermia, it will be removed to avoid death loops.
The seld remove time for Hypothermia or Hyperthermia change to 150 seconds.

Change stats to be fixed at player after death.
Added HardMode code to limit player health, O2 and H2 when respawn.
Balance the time of self remove from some stats.
Fix temperature effects damage.

Added the effects "Finishing Digestion" and "Empty Stomach":
- "Empty Stomach" can stack to 5 and will impact in the min hunger and thrist when full water and energy.
- Improve save system to use small files to avoid to write a big file every save cycle.
- Start help topics in help interface.

Fix refrigerator inventory to only accept itens that had time to rot.
