Added toggle for hover-over icons
The cursor button next to the category labels will toggle whether or not the ammo count, hold/store and favourite buttons will only appear on tool icon hover or all the time.

Added a "debug" function
The cog button next to the category labels will toggle tool IDs for all tools in the menu. Mainly for the purpose of adding your own icons if you wish to do so, and to make it easier for myself.

Fixed 1 missing icon

Changed icon name format from tool name to tool ID
