HUMONGOUS Update!

The changes are as follows:

[WEAPONS]
- Added weapon hints. You no longer have to wonder how to use painkillers
- Painkillers key has been changed from E+M2 to TAB for faithfulness purposes
- Bullets are rewritten from scratch. They now appear from the gun barrel and are a lot more optimized
- Large code optimization for effects: muzzleflashes, shells and magazines work better in multiplayer
- Explosives rebalancing. Damaging is closer to the original game, NPCs fear grenades and setting frags in multiplayer has been improved
- Melee weapons have proper particles now

[ENTITIES]
- Major optimization for ammo limit logic. Dual weapons can now be picked up with full ammo
- Respawn timer now works correctly

Major update!
- Fixed sniper scope on higher FPS (still recommend to cap it to 60 or turn VSync on for the smoothest experience)
- Fixed repeating muzzleflashes on servers
- Fixed missing shooting and reloading sounds
- Fixed EntityFireBullets hook
- Added performance mode for low-end machines (can be toggled on in options)
- HUD elements now disappear with cl_drawhud 0
- NPCs are now deadlier with grenades
