• Air Accel increased from 0.23 -> 0.32 (lolfliplol)

JAB:
• Made it easier for tilt cancels

DTILT:
- Endlag reduced from 12 -> 10

USTRONG:
- Start-up decreased from 11 -> 9
- Spinning Punch Window decreased from 8 -> 6

DSTRONG:
- Start-up decreased from 15 -> 12
- Endlag decreased from 21 -> 20

NAIR:
(hitboxes 1 & 2)
+ Hitpause increased from 3 -> 4

BAIR:
+ Knockback scaling increased from 0.60 -> 0.70
+ Hitpause scaling increased from 0.60 -> 0.70

NSPECIAL:
- Charge Windows have been decreased from 26 -> 22
