Skillful Buffs
+ Added a new skillful taunt. Big bonus!
+ Properties now have much more hit lockout, making fast moves and rapid attacks much less effective at destroying them. Additionally, hitpause is reduced, making that less abusable as well
Unskillful Nerfs
- Destroying a Bank now actually matters, as when it's destroyed by an opponent it will now drop the money instead of returning it to Mr. Monopoly

Unskillful Nerfs
- Money projectiles now have a bit less hitstun (1.0x->0.75x)
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Made Mr Monopoly's AI much better, giving it custom code for detecting incoming attacks and projectiles. This allow it to dodge/parry much more effectively in many cases. Also includes some character-specific AI improvements
+ Improved some outdated projectile code, which also fixes some obscure issues (ex: throwing a token into a wall could sometimes despawn it)
+ Fixed some minor errors with Mr. Monopoly's AI

+ Fixed some errors that showed up after the latest few patches, causing some specific issues (ex: Mr. Monopoly couldn't blow up his property in certain situations). Should hopefully be fine now

Skillful Buffs
+ DStrong reflect now lasts 2f longer
+ The cooldown for overusing dices is slightly smaller (60f->30f) due to a general cooldown being added
Unskillful Nerfs
- NSpecial punishes you more for rolling a 1 by doing 1% more self-dmg, having slight kbs, and doing a bit more stun. The self-dmg also scales up on yellow and red dices (I considered just nerfing the better dices like 6, but I think just making 1 worse is more fun)
- Dices now have a slight general cooldown, just to make them a bit less spammy
- FTilt spinning hitbox is a tiny bit smaller and does less hitstun
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Fixed bug where if Mr. Monopoly destroyed his own bank it could grant him the golden suit unintentionally (it could sometimes count as 15 million for 1 frame due to the bank amount and his own amount)
+ Some misc fixes, mostly fixing some more obscure bugs (ex: reflecting Mr. Monopoly's property on frame 1 could break it)

Skillful Buffs
+ If Mr. Monopoly reaches 15 million money total, he gets a skillful golden suit! He loses it on death, but can regain it if he hits 15 million again
+ Added a sleep animation, which scales with how much money Mr. Monopoly has (credit to DonGT for making it)
+ If Mr. Monopoly has 15 million in the bank and he dies, an extra stock will be bought with the bank money
+ Added a skillful money sound on galaxy
+ Added more Weegee compatibility; if Mr. Monopoly has enough money when weegeefied then his sprite will be different
+ Added Rune N, making Mr. Monopoly heavier the more money he has
+ DAttack Double Choo Choo tech is a bit easier to perform and more consistent
+ NAir now throws 2 dust projectiles instead of 1 if Mr. Monopoly has very low money
+ Added 8 more Miiverse posts (now 30 total)
Unskillful Nerfs
- Changed Mr. Monopoly's weight 1.0->1.10935 (technically 1.11, but it's an epic reference)
- DStrong doesn't reach as far behind Mr. Monopoly anymore
- UStrong now has a bit more endlag on light and heavy versions, and drops more money on whiff
- BAir now has a bit more endlag on light and heavy versions, and drops more money on whiff
- DTilt sends less inward on the sweetspot
- Doing the DAttack double Choo Choo tech now drops some money, to balance it a bit more but also as a tradeoff for the tech being easier to do
- Dust is less active (dust nerf real)
