Fiddled around with Crossroad's cover, Added guard rails for the big ladder, refitted more buildings to be unique, and both spawns are now neighbors to Downtown.

Updated the Embassy Interior and reverted the Checkpoint's Vehicle spawn because the Tank AI in that area did not perform well.

Tank now spawns at Checkpoint. Due to the proximity to Eagle Spawn the respawn time is 10 seconds longer than the tank spawn at barracks.
