Removed the overcast Bound Fireball spell. Felt too clunky, use the Prepared Spells mod or another mod that gives him the Fireball spell or any magic missile. Amber Spear is also good for him

Bound Fireball now scales with Spell Intensity.

Flames of the Phoenix campaign ability now reduces Bound Fireball cooldown by 30% to 50%.

Arcane Ascendance now also applies -50% cooldown to Fireball and Fiery Convocation, instead of just Flames of the Phoenix.

Levitation is now a mount option in his custom battle, rather than a separate unit.

Arcane Ascendance activation time increased from 10s → 30s while stationary.

Spell Mastery debuff on enemies increased from -15% to -20% from Drain Magic

Removed the +5s duration to enemy cooldowns from Drain Magic
