Version 1.1

- Re-designed and re-textured the jail cell bars.
- Re-textured the restroom stalls.
- Changed the sidewalk texture at the parking lot.
- Ceiling fans now spin a bit faster.
- Door to the interrogation room now opens toward the hallway to keep consistency with the other hallway doors.
- Tweaked a secret spook. ;)
