Added hour calculation to PremiumViralTest.
Improved accuracy of Consumer viral test, less chance of inconclusive tests.
Reduced sickness level caused by Novaulin so it is less deadly in combination with undetected foodborne illness.
Adjusted the scale of the models for CDC packs, CDC guide books and Viazom.
Adjusted texture colors on CDC packs so they are more obvious. Added larger CDC logos to CDC packs.
Adjusted the time it takes to recover a Needle from a Spent Syrette.

Updated Viazom functions.

Initial Version - Adds medications, antidotes, viral tests and packets containing all of these items. All items can be found on zombie corpses and packets can only be looted throughout the world.
