i somehow forgot to actually add the new shelf to the array

added an alternate Followers shelf, for those who play with Josh's follower mod

not much content change here, backend code refactor. also, i'm back probably. mod will see more active development

small bugfix for skinstealer shelves

added shelves for The Skinstealer. they'll probably change for the better once i get a better feel for the mod
