Due to minor braincells being lost, I had completely forgotten Gear ratios were a thing for custom propellers, she was litteraly using half of her potential thrust than what would be if the gear ratio for the steam engines were 2
She used to go 24m/s now she goes 34m/s, Normal Red Fleet Ship speed

Secondaries now act as a secondary Ciws
Crams now has delay between each shells
uhh Ai compartment was left with wood in previous version, l changed it back to rubber. my bad - E Lord

Added 9 Strenght 10 Shields along with A Radar decoy and a Sonar decoy, and a Full power ECM Jammer
