Build 1.0.78:
-Hull optimization on the Nibbler Drone to massively enhances its mobility, which also indirectly buffed Aegir MK3 Mobility. This is to make its price increase from 10800 to 14000 in the previous update more justifyable.
-Improved Vellamo reactor efficency, added a few cabinets and a medical feb to it. Added a new vent in the medical fab room to prevent uninented suffications.

Build 1.0.71 - The oldest and newest update: 
Updated all subs to match the changes made in 0.19.X.0
Hull optimization for all legacy submarines to improve Total Hull to Ballast ratio, the overall hull layout is unchanged for Nehalennia, The Blind Carp and Vellamo.
The Blind Carp -SR now uses the same nuclear buffer battery system as other S-sku converted shuttles.
All legacy submarine pumps are slightly stronger to match other subs' pumps (500 -> 600), and their secured containers are id-card locked like other subs, combined with the improved ballast to total hull ratio, they should have much improved mobility.
Minor Redesign to AegirMK3-R, Orca2-R to make the hull closer to the original
Converted Camel-R, Added Camel-TR and AegirMK1-R (Based on Regalis's "It's a submarine now!". Point me out if the hull is incorrect outside of the middle ladder and the staircase room)
The Anit-Mudraptor hatch on R-29 is now somewhat Mudraptor-accessible with a button flooding the airlock access room
Fab, Deconstructor and Large Steel Cab UI shows up together
All reactors have a 50-75% longer meltdown timer, making the worst kinds of griefing much harder to pull off
Removed the duffel bag as the Playable Mudraptor Job mod now does spawn you with the ID card and Headset
Maybe more changes I didn't account.
