Fixed missing files (Workshop issue)

Changes:

Added Admin Version of the knife, here is what it includes:

- Faster Teleporting (50% faster)

- Base Knife (100% damage)

- Removed the hate skin, (the viewmodel and worldmodel hate skin for the knife is there, the original is untouched)

- Removed ALT Teleport (For the HATE Ability)

- Removed abilities from the VGUI (Justice, Perseverance, Patience, Integrity, Kindness, Bravery)

- Changed the VGUI a little

- Faster Slashes (10% faster)

- HP (500) Armor (255)

That's all the changes (For the Admin Knife)
