Added potential missing vfx changes to lil and big waaagh spells from the december update. (6.0)
And a missing change to a bound spell added to one of Skraag's big names in the december update as well (6.0)

6.1 spell related changes are not affected by this mod.

Updated for 5.3.

CA lightly touched the mana cost of several spells, i replicated the changes on my mod where needed.
I made some changes in reaction to follow their trend.

Updated for Shadows of Change.

Nothing changed much, CA reduced the mana cost of several spells, i replicated the changes on my mod where needed.
To follow the trend i also reduced a little the mana cost of some spell i had increased the cost of.
And i checked for bound spells this time, there was one. Hopefully i didn't miss any.

- Fixed Lamasu's bound spell not doing anything*
- I also gave a small area of effect to bound spells that didn't have it, just because. Since bound spells use the base version of spells and some are single target.

* Why did this happen ?
-> For a very small selection of spells, i had to rewire them to use a new, custom made effect. In order for the spells to not have both my new effect and the game's default, i had to make the game's default do nothing.
So while in most cases if a new bound spell is added by an update it will fall back to the game's default if miss it, in this case for the Lamasu's withering, the game's default was void.
i will be more careful in the future !
