New "Funky" Lunatic mode activated by self destructing during down taunt. While in Lunatic mode the music is changed to Scarlet Police on Ghetto patrol and Fumo Cirno will die if hit by anything.

On death she now spawns a bunch of

. These do absolutely nothing but you can collect them!

+Bair: Endlag reduced 16(24) > 12(18). Shouldn't feel as bad to use off stage anymore.
+Fair: Endlag reduced 10(15) > 8(12). Did you know this is still more than Zetterburn nair?

Taunt: Increased hitbox size from 1x1 to 2x2. For some reason 1x1 hitboxes just don't always connect? It's weird I blame rivals.

Fspecial: Animation speed increases with charge. Should help with clarity of how charged fspecial is?

I messed up the values on dstrong and it was stronger than I intended. Knockback reduced from 7(1) to 7(.9) which is what I wanted out of the move.

Raised the volume on the Cirno's Perfect Math Class win theme.

Tried to recreate melee pichu but I undercut values out of caution for hitfalling, undercutting values on an already bad character base makes them significantly worse. Bringing up pichu's explosive kill power a bit.
Cirno's damage output is pretty decently below average where Pichu's actually was pretty solid, up air aside.

Added 2 new victory themes! Victory theme is now randomized.
Added a new alternate taunt!
New Alts and CSS!
Added touhou death sound!

Various animation improvements.
Various bugfixes.

Ustrong: Knockback: 8(1.1) > 7(1.25), kills around 10% earlier on average, galaxies zetter at 116 on jules

Fstrong: Kockback: 8(1) > 8(1.1), kills around 15% earlier on average, galaxies zetter at 130 on jules center stage.

Nair: Early hit Knockback scaling increased: 6(.6) > 6(.8), hitpause increased. Pichu nair should be the best move on the character, nair now auto cancels if landed during the last 9 frames of the move.
Nair: Damage: 6(4) > 7(5)

Dair: Outwards knockback increased: 7-4(.8) > 7-4(.85)
Dair: Spike Knockback Increased: 5(.75) > 6(.75)

Dair: Retooled to be more consistent to connect sweetspot into landing hit on grounded opponents.
Dair: Landing hit now set knockback.
Dair: Now runs IASA script, endlag 19(29) > 10(15)

Fspecial: Misfire is no longer a rune.
Fspecial: Scaling rate slightly increased. Realized full charge fspecial was weaker than any forward strong. Frame 150 moves shouldnt be that weak. Now its about on par with fstrong in terms of kb on misfire and slightly stronger at full charge.

Nspecial: Reworked on hit detonation behaviour.
Nspecial: Damage 4 > 2, 4 hits twice
Nspecial: Angle Changed to 70 like melee yoshi.

Dstrong: Animation adjustments with new hitboxes. Slight range increase.

Uair: Damage 3 > 4
Ftilt: Damage 7 > 8
Dtilt: Damage 6 > 7
Utilt: Damage 5 > 6

Dspecial: Changed knockback to 8(1.2) same as etalus

Increased initial dash speed and dash speed 7 (6.75) > 7.5 (7)


It's possible these changes buff her too much. I still want this character to be weaker so be sure to let me know if I went too far in the comments!
