Fixed Velociraptor size

Updated to work with 1.4! :D

So I made a bit of a mistake when updating the mod to 1.4, and forgot to remove the dinos I was saving for the big content update!

So here's the full list of stuff that is new since 1.4:

Removed improper trade tags on some dinos
Changed baby dino sizes on most dinos
Sauropods now need to eat more. They produce a ton of meat and leather, after all.
Adjusted breeding, handling, and maturation stats for most dinos
Adjusted DPS on some dinos
Adjusted filth rates for many dinos
Further adjustments for Giddyup compatibility
Polacanthus can now be Intermediate trained!

Fixes:
Certain water plants should no longer be considered "meat" and thus should not get picked up anymore

Notes:
It is highly unlikely that the growth time for Sauropods will be decreased further. They produce nearly double the meat and leather of the Thrumbo and thus have roughly double the maturation time.
We have multiple new dinos coded but they will be saved for a big dino-filled update! 😄

Fixed the dilo and rex skull not showing up in the clothing tab!

Fixed an issue with Orthoceras texture not working right.

Properly added commonality sliders this time, sorry!

Lots of changes and additions for you lovely dinosaur lovers!!

Changes:
- Lots of balance changes, most quite minor
- Further Giddyup compatibility, such as adding cutouts so pawns visually ride dinos better
- Rainforest colors have largely been made less saturated and bright. Should now fit vanilla a bit better
- Removed duplicate meats
- Made Pteranodon slightly weaker
- Feathery dinos no longer all give the same amount of proto-feathers
- Gallimimus now gives downy hide when butchered
- Gallimimus can now be sheared occasionally for proto-feathers
