Fixed the trailer prefab to behave better when the remote is removed.
(The old remote location left a floating piece of plate behind.)

Added the paint gun and paint to the loot table.

Adjusted the loot tables for lockers and other small containers.
Ice, iron and Mg should now show up in some of the containers.

Redid how the GPS ping works so that it now pings a "unique" label for the GPS locations.
This should help players keep better track of encounters, especially in multiplayer.

Removed the remote from most of the spawns.
(The starter camps require it to prevent them from spawning near each other.)

Fixed the spawning of the two rest-stop encounters.
They should no longer float or be upside down.

Changed the faction that owns all the spawns to SMART instead of SCAV to align better with the starter camp spawns.

Redid the way the starter camps are spawned.
They are now reputation based like the other spawns.
In addition they are restricted so they cannot spawn within 15km of each other.

In practice this means that if you are playing with other people and are within 15km of each other, no new spawns will appear till either the AI remote is ground down OR a player gets more than 15km away from the first spawn.

Also redid the groupings and added a check for O2 to make playing on non-breathable worlds better.
Currently the only non-O2 rated starter camp is the Greenhouse.

Swapped the way I scale up encounters to use reputation with the SCAV faction instead of the MES threat score.
This seems to be a slightly more consistent way to measure progression.

Added some SG and LG abandoned rovers.

Fixed the "Radio Shack" loot shack to actually have paint and paint guns.

Added a new set of early encounters to provide a bit more variety.

Added small grid loot shacks for solar, H2 thrust and Atmo thrust.
Enabled a set of T2 encounters that will start appearing >100 threat level.
(They have interior turrets but should still be easy to deal with on foot.)
