Added my Global Trading scripts to the mod. Hope to make works MCT setting to permit players to chose what they want.

Some minor balances and changes.

Added Lords for resurrected factions (not complete, need to find a way to spawn Theon Holtz for Sudenburg when Andreas get killed) - Note, they do not got unique visual - will vary each new campaign.

Some script retake and Itz-Itza ajustment (they got now a faction leader - but still need to set correct diplomatic things if possible).

Resurrected Itz-Itza faction to make Nakai tame the right feral lizard faction, Tepok Spawn was innocent ! (not perfect for now, miss to spawn a new army but script dont want to obey... bad script !)

Also reorganized scripts for a better and more easier access (with all the changes, that was a bit messy)

Retake some script to avoid issues and added some tweaked start to Grombrindal, Zhao Ming and a little nudge to Kairos.
