Fixed frontend issue when using Legendary Character mod.

Tweaked compatibiliy when using Legendary Character and Sylvania Overhaul alongside ; not perfect, i guess need tests to get stats of survivabilities for Rhatep and Von Slope.

Updated for the Legendary Character new content compatibility ; also tweaked Skaw owner if no one play a "loyal" wood elves faction (will go to Wydrioth as he is knowed for hunting in the Grey Mountain, so i choose the closest faction).

Tweaked Kugath start as AI to help his survivability. (note : removed for now the starting building for Nurgle faction until i find a way to fix the building cycle break).

- Tweaked Aurelion from Legendary Characters : restricted for Empire faction to Ostermark (still aviable for all High Elves) and retakes of the spawn for AI (will spawn automatically in the army of Stefan von Kessel).
