- Removed Volkmar, Markus and Boris Ursus from the factions opened to Ulrika mission (because they are not located in the Old World).
To resume, now with the Changer of Legendary Characters option, CA Ulrika mission is aviable to all Empire and Kislev factions (except Volkmar, Markus and Boris Ursus) and LC Ulrika misson is aviable for Mannfred, Isabella/Vlad and Lahmian Sisterhood. If thoses factions are not played, AI gains Ulrika with a random attribution between Ropsmenn Clan and Lahmain Sisterhood. Note if Boris Ursus, Kemmler or Ghorst are played, they can get her with confederation.
Possible issue : in multiplayer, if a non allowed faction is played alongside an allowed faction (for exemple, one player as Volkmar and the other as Karl Franz), this will count as no one play an allowed faction and Ulrika will be given to the AI (i dont know how to make distinction between factions as the vanilla feature handle thing with faction cultures).

- Retakes on Ulrika handling : the feature now works for every Empire and Kislev factions if you play with an unlocker (but i think i will maybe remove it for Huntsmarshal and Volkmar as they are not in the Old World lands, will see if thats possible).
Also, if i did it good, if you play as multiplayer with Legendary Character, Empire and Kislev get the priority on Ulrika, so the LC one for Vamp Counts player will be desactivated if they play alongside Empire or Kislev player.

- Added support for Mixu Slayer : a slayer hero is given to Karak Kadrin faction at start instead of runesmith.

- Rework Legendary Character Ulrika integration :
// for vampire player, LC Ulrika is now aviable for 3 vamp count faction (Vlad/Isabella, Mannfred and Lahmian SIsterhood) and CA Ulrika will not appear.
// for Empire or Kislevite player, LC Ulrika will not appear and CA Ulrika will work as vanilla.
// if no one play Empire, Kislev or Vampire Count, at start of the campaign there will be 2/3 chances to spawn CA Ulrika to the Ropsmenn faction and 1/3 chance to spawn LC Ulrika for Lahmian Sisterhood.

Note : i'm not sure if i succeed to cancel CA Ulrika vanilla spawn if no one play Empire or Kislev ; so please, report if you see a doppleganger.

- Added support for Ironskin Tribe mod : the faction move to Black Fang next to Zharr Naggrund with a trade agreement and free access with them.
Also ,this permit me to "ressurect" Sabreskins (note: to do this, as usual, i use quest battle faction, but in this case, there is onely one QB faction aviable in database, and it is the one used for caravan events, so i had to tweak a little caravan script to avoid army clearing, this should create "free" Sabreskin armies wandering after a lost caravan battle. Will see if its really anoying and need a fix).

- For Gnoblar Horde mod, slightly moved Bragg Gutsman a region south (in Vale of Titans).

- Done a bunch of balance and tweak for Zathan start, Scourge of Khaine starting armies and Dark Land Orcs support.

- Added support for Lustria Rises mod, the new faction move north to Pillars of Unseen Constellation and the Sentinel of Xeti resurrect to its former place.

- Rebalance Zhatan to be able to handle his new start.

Updated for 3.0

- Added a new start for Zathan the Black at Valaya's Sorrow (underdog start, without Tower city and without starting Drill landmark, so no way to recruit new dwarves in early game -note the drill can be build in Black Crag with Zhatan-, but with a way more opened campaign start than his former start). In MCT, this change is set in the same option than Vilitch alternate start.

- Tried to adapt my options to the new Darkland and surrounding setting (slighly change greenskins ownings, reintroduced Eyebiter ogres with a pair of camps, suffle a little ogres in Mountain of Mourn).

- If you use OvN Fimir, i've moved Marsh Hornets (the minor faction set in Drakenmoor) in the Marshes of Madness ; this to prevent collision with Bastonne changes in Mixu LL.
