- Fixed Chinese translations being used as failsafe when in language other than English or Chinese.
- Added support for my Warrior Monks Package mod
- "Settler from Pioneer Opener" is now a game configuration option rather than hidden in UserSettings.sql
- Spymaster Base now grants +3 Loyalty instead of 4.
- Power Grids now provides +2 Power instead of 4.
- Trade Unions now grants +2 Gold instead of 4. (and 4 instead of 8 when Suzerain)
- Vassalage now grants 3% Gold for every Suzerain (instead of 5).
- Slightly adjusted Religious Tolerance promotion in Cardinal.
- Moved Divine Architects and Contractors promotions as finishers (these are now the original versions where it only affects the city established governor is in, as opposed to globally, this was because of issues where the ability stopped functioning under certain circumstances. This also means the Cardinal and Merchant have updated trees:
- THE CARDINAL
- Missionary Schools is now a Tier 1 promotion.
- Religious Tolerance now requires Missionary Schools and Patron Saints.
- New Promotion: State Religion: Your cities spread religion at 25% faster rate. +0.2 Faith per population in your cities.
- MERCHANT
- New Promotion: Taxation - +0.25 Gold per Citizein in all Cities.
- When Grand Eras are active - Harbormaster now boosts Sailing instead of Shipbuilding

- Pioneer now grants 2 Population in the Capital.
- BUT - if you prefer the free Settler, you can use the new UserSettings file to toggle it back on.
- Increased the number of max governors you can recruit to 14 in Secret Societies, enabling you to recruit all Governors and a Secret Society.
- Fixed the numerous issues, typs and syntax errors with the FisheryPark.sql file. City Parks and Fisheries should now be buildable again. Reminder: the Liang abilities (free Culture and Production) are gone because these improvements are no longer tied to any Governor.
- Fixed various issues with UI with non-updated governors (including Secret Societies). Custom Secret Societies, Governors and unique Governors will no longer display any references to Adopter or Finishers in the UI and tooltips.
