Removed Campaign upkeep / recruitment cost discount for human players (lowered banana's to -25%)
Removed tables encouraging AI to beeline to human players

IMPORTANT:

Using Hecleas's Ultra Aggressive AI mod causes the AI to 'unfairly' target human players over AI they are at war with
Ergo it increases the difficulty - if you find that to be too much, please disable it (might be more potable on easier campaign difficulties) His mod will also cause the AI to war dec humans more often and earlier than they normally would

Modification that should encourage enemy agents to stay their territory and less so in players
Removed brutal tms variable, that is for reserved for BANANAS

Medium mod is three steps down from High mod which is two-ish steps away from Highest mod

It's a big one folks:

Changes:
Reduced AI Upkeep Discount (Inline with each difficulty mod)
Reduced AI Recruitment Cost Discount (Inline with each difficulty mod)
Reduced AI Construction Discount (Inline with each difficulty mod)
Altered Faction Potential (Inline with each difficulty mod)
Reduced AI Aggressiveness (Medium is Medium, High is High, Highest is Very High)
Changed AI build template to be more balanced than solely military (Medium and High, Highest is purely Military)
This should now be appropriately balanced for Human players (I still suggest starting with my Medium Diff mod)
Added A LOT more tables for agent actions to embed
Reduced AI player bias to not divert all their attention to human players
Reduced AI loot battle bonus
Altered AI economic/military/basic templates (medium, high, highest)
AI will now construct resource buildings again

This should lessen the "difficulty" but still remain challenging and more appropriate to each difficulty mod
More noticeably the AI won't be pumping out armies as quickly thus allowing the player to have the occasional breather

This should enable players with varying skill levels to have an easier time with each difficulty but also remain challenging
