Executors have Slightly higher Melee stats and damage, but much less HP (making them feel more realistic and vulnerable)
Executors have 75 meter radius on their Deputy Magistrates ability, up from 65 meters
Deputy Magistrates gives +10 Leadership, up from +9
Peasant Archers and Peasant Long Spears now both cost 300 each, and have their upkeep reduced to 75

Updated the Unit Card and UI art for Peasant Long Spear and the Nan-gau Recruitment Centre (Tier 2)

Improved Melee Strength, Attack and Defence for Executors
Chelonian Stance gives Spearmen +15 armour down from +25

Rite of Yang and Grace of Quai Yin give -7% upkeep down from -10%
Dragon Emperor's Blessing tech gives +15% weapon strength to peasantry
Bulwark of Wei-Jin gives +5 armour to Lord's army down from +10
Conscription building chains no longer give +1 to local recruitment (this effect is present on the Nan-Gau Recruitment Office instead)
