- Added overheat to the Axon
20s to overheat
10s to cooldown

- Gave both the Chiasm and Axon a near-instant traverse rate

Added the Axon [Arc Lance]

Compared to the Arc Emitter, the Axon has:
- Tripled range [from 250-300 to 750-900]
- Identical damage
- note - inaccuracy decreased to compensate
- Identical firing arc
- Doubled HP
- Gained some weight over the holidays [1x3x2 -> 4x2x3]
- Doubled power draw
