"Big Guns" option now adds bonuses to artillery.

"Naval Experts" result in "something else" option now has an alternate result if the nation recieving it doesn't have a naval base.

"Death to Occupiers" option now adds a core territory next to one of your core states, instead of giving a random core from a neighbouring country.

fixed the carrier options in the "both" event, so that the carrier fighters spawn correctly.

Added ideas to the "Boats!" event choices. All options now have an idea that buffs the type of naval vessel you choose.

The cultist support company option now also gives the support equipment tech.

"Flamethrower Horses" option now also gives you the support equipment tech, as it is essential to the unit.

Fixed a gfx issue relating to the "Enlarged Brains" idea icon not appearing.
