Added support (activate with MCT) for Chaos Dwarves and Poljanan's Jade Blooded Vamps (already had it but now with a specific option instead of being packed with Vampire Counts).

- Added Poljanan's Jade Blooded Vampires culture support (note the option to activate Gotrek for them is the Vampire Count one).

- Corrected some db errors causing ending turn CTD when playing Vampire Coast (dont ask me why).

Reupload for the 2.4 check ; no changes, the script seems to work without issues.

Reduced the turn aviability to 20 turns for player, 10/15 turns for AI to get a better faction turn over.

Rework the "cinematic effect" when you get/lose Gotrek (no more inelegant and intrusive fade to black effect ; the game pause stays -still skipable-, i would remove it too, but i didnt succeed to keep the dialogue when i remove the cutscene effect).
