-Added Adaptation traits for each climate that give +20% habitability on one climate but -10% on others.
-Added Hive Microclimate for hive empires.
-Added the Social Parasite trait that makes the species unable to perform worker jobs. Requires Syncretic Evolution to work.
-Hematophage now requires Syncretic Evolution, because without it the early game is unplayable.
-Bugfixes.

-"Extremely Precise" had its point cost reduced from 4 to 3
-"Explosive Autothysis" deals now 5 devastation instead of 10 on army destruction
-"Mayfly" had its leader age reduction modifier changed from -70 to -60 years
-"Mayfly is now incompatible with "Ectotherm" and "Vector"
-"Spores" had its cost reduced from 2 to 1

-Added Complex Digestive System for Mamalians, Reptilians and Avians.
-The Fire Spewing trait add +25% habitability on cold worlds.
-Made a Performance Patch that disables randomization for traits that use triggered modifiers. This should help with performance on new games.
