Updated for v1.2

Switched files from .xml to .xslt format. This should improve compatibility with other mods and hopefully make the mod compatible with all future game updates.

RBM support is now baseline. Standalone RBM version discontinued. Mod will work with or without RMB installed.

"Turban" added to Plus version.
