Added just 2 units + RoR. Update to 3.0 was a bit stressful as my previous approach didn't work as well as last patch, getting in a way of compatiblity. I had to edit animations of dwarfs - meaning there is small conflict with mods like Reload Animations and Matched Combat animation. In case of Reload Animation it's just one unit - Dwarf Thunderers. You don't have to worry, I tested it and the reload animation simply didn't play, no T posing or missing effects. Submod will be added in future. The Matched Combat animations make me worried more, I have no idea what issues might arise. So far no screenshots or video for Chaos Dwarfs.

tweaked lingering smoke for cannons to look more consistent and spread out evently, I noticed that my FPS suffers a more I'd like to see while looking at the cannons, so I try to improve performance next, my rifle effects are very performance friendly for what you get and I'd like to mod stay that way across the board

Added vfx to Empire Great Cannon, Vampire Coast great cannon, cathay Grand cannon, dwarf cannon
