Edited a few changes for all Dragon units to adjust for better landing and attacking with less circling, and more immediate charge once dropping from the sky.

-Aligned all configurations for Vamp and Coast Terrorgheists as well as their special attacks with other dragons.

Made sure all edits were the same between both versions of the Mod.

Added Terrorgheist to the Dragon Mod:
Updates all fields to be in line with all Dragons, weight for Wyvern (Terrorgheist Size rating)Slightly reduced when compared to dragons (500 less)

Added Terrorgheist Death Shriek (breath attack) to unit_special_abilities adjustments.

Added Winds of Magic Changes: > 300% Increase to Max Pool Size and adjusted min/max start accordingly.

Min Starting Winds of Magic = 99 (up from 5)
Max Starting Winds of Magic = 100 (up from 15)
Max Total Winds of Magic Pool =100 (up from 30)
Adjusted Minimum and Maximum Winds of Magic Recharge

DRAGONS: Adjusted Dragon Speeds up "Slightly" after further testing.
