Fixes:

- Some civics were listed as inactive (potential block was missing).
- Deposits missing when terraformed from Gaia to Magical (a simple reroll would suffice but this update also counted the original number of deposits of each type and added that number of deposits to the terraformed world).

-Rewrote civics into origins (makes more sense)
-Added passive abilities for rulers only (Magocracy). Shows up as traits and gets removed when the authority is changed to another type.

Won't recommend using this update on an ongoing or old campaigns as the civics no longer exists.

- Added Magicka tradition
- Added civics for regular, machine and hive mind after finishing magicka tradition
- Added hyperlane manipulation tech and decisions
- Switched archetype of Magikal species from MAGIKAL back to BIOLOGICAL (too many issues with custom archetypes, including incompatibility with gene modding perks as well as not able to assemble them using clone vats).

- Fix to Mage Research buildings disappearing at the end of the month. (Not so sure why the removal trigger is activated for regular empires.)
- Magikals are their own species archetype (inherits Biological). This just allows to increase the trait pick limit.
