Removed specific key to "Advisor to the King" ancillary from Surthara Bel-Kec to work with the ancillary change with patch 4.1. Thanks LordOmlette!

Added a helmet to Surthara Bel-Kec's model - she will sometimes wear it in battle.

Added new animation slots for Surthara Bel-Kec and High Elf Princess on chariot with bow, High Elf Prince on chariot with sword and shield, and new whip animation set for Surthara Bel-Kec's driver.

Made unique model for Surthara Bel-Kec's chariot driver.

Updated for 3.1. Surthara Bel-Kec still could not fire projectile spells while mounted on Ithilimar/Tiranoc chariot, but Lion chariot works okay.
