Version 1.4.2 Tree Hotfix (June 24th 2023)

Nerfed the trees to consume in a smaller radius then before.

Trees also have been changed to consume pollution once every 24hrs instead of once every 6 hours.

Trees now show the area that consumes pollution.

Reworked the polluter to make it act more like toxic waste barrels that spread pollution without power needed.

The polluter is now under the correct biotech tab along with any future structures.

The trees now consume pollution once again.
