Halved damage and doubled armor penetration of Bullpup's non-charged laser.

Bubble Shield now ensures immunity against common fire.
Fixed the problem that certain pawns remained vulnerable to fire after they got illuminated and recovered from the status effect.

Fixed warnings and errors when you loaded a game where a pawn was still being illuminated.
Fixed the problem that reloading your save caused pawns burnt by Illuminate ability to have fire without actually getting burnt properly.
