– Adjusted downsizing algorithm, improving adaptability of AI to negative budgets and hopefully fixing issues with countries deleting too much of their armies.
– Added a custom script to deal with unending wars between AI countries. If there's a war with both warleaders being AI and both have exactly 0 war support for over a year, the war will end with white peace. Civil wars are an exception, in this case revolt is considered unsuccessful and gets annexed.
– AI is now able to properly check if state is connected to a market capital by land or by sea, which allows it to spot ports that are absolutely crucial to keep. Most cases of ruining markets by downsizing ports should be eliminated.
– Was overly optimistic about Paradox providing proper tools for modding and ruined detection of arable resources in states. Should be fixed now. AI countries will have better SoL as the result due to increased supply of consumer goods.
– AI will now switch to military shipbuilding production methods, eliminating huge ironclad shortages in late game.
– Egypt and Ottoman Empire got special priorities on keeping higher army than usual until mid game.
– Added fixes in defines proposed by toegut and sunbi-yolong on Paradox Forum.
– Small tweaks to AI conscription defines.
– Autobuild should now take into account tax level chosen by the player.
– Improved how relative military targets work and increased how much stronger AI wants to be compared to its opponents.
– Target budget costs now scale more accurately with different tax levels.
– Decreased convoy targets for isolationist countries and increased for everyone else.
– Tweaked bureaucracy targets.
– Forced AI to crush strikes by force due to its inability to enact promised laws.
– AI won't enact Worker Protections law for the time being, as it basically destroys the country's economy.

– Forced AI to use all the types of automation production methods, which massively improves its capabilities in late game, along with railways no longer requiring millions of subsidies due to low transportation demand.
– AI is now fully capable of using lower tax levels, greatly raising SoL ceiling and reducing radicalism in rich countries.
– Fixed a bunch of problems with bureaucracy targets.
– Tweaks in suppression of vanilla building AI for small countries.

– Added a new system that helps AI to research some crucial technologies. It is controlled by a game rule with three options: "Default" only helps with stuff like Nationalism for German and Italian countries, "Railroaded" ensures countries without Academia and Railways technologies will prioritize them, "Disabled" deactivates the system completely.
– Prussia will now avoid damaging relations with German minors while also improving them more actively with friendly minors, potentially decreasing amount of games where Prussia completely flops.
– Changes to limits of money spent by AI on government and military buildings, as well as conditions of downsizing barracks and naval bases.
– Building algorithm now does better job in accounting for state limits of construction sectors, ports, barracks and naval bases.
– Fixed rich countries going for unreasonable amounts of excess bureaucracy.
– A couple of other small changes.
