- Mod has been updated to patch 1.3 and the Voice of the People DLC! France will now switch between monarchist flag portraits depending on which dynasty takes the French throne for owners of the DLC.

- This update has also added the following portraits

Algeria (1 portrait; 2 recolours)
Ait Abbas (1 portrait; 2 recolours)
Constantine (1 portrait; 2 recolours)
Touggourt (1 portrait; 2 recolours)

- Added new decisions to a Deylik and Barbary Algeria to allow switching between Algier's portraits and the starting unifier's portraits.

Mexico (1 portrait)
Texas (1 portrait; 2 recolours)
Bavaria (1 portrait; 3 temporary recoloured portraits)

Mexico and Bavaria will get more portraits in the near future.

In preparation for the Voice of the People DLC I've made three new portraits for France. By default the current July Revolution inspired portrait will remain the default portrait for a constitutional monarchy France, but you can toggle through the various types of monarchist portraits through a new decision in the Flag Options.

Hopefully once the DLC is out I can allow owners of the DLC to organically switch between the various French monarchist portraits.

- Added new flags to Romania and Wallachia to go with the new portraits.

- Wallachia and Moldavia will now receive the name 'United Principalities' if they conquer the other and have researched Nationalism (like all of WB's new dynamic names, you can disable them through a game rule).

- Added 'hole-in-the-flag' flags to revolutionaries for Romania, Hungary, Danubian State, Austria, and Germany if those countries are communist and the revolutionaries are a democratic republic (or a monarchy in some cases).

- Added double-pennon flags to Nepal with a faux background (the same method Paradox uses for tears in revolutionary flags). You can restore the vanilla border flag for Nepal through a decision.
