Actual Version 2.3.0 and Catalogue bumped to 7.2

• Merged Status "MusicCopyrightFree", "MusicCopyrighted", "MusicCopyrightUnknown" to "MusicCopyright" with the same information text.
• Added Status "SourceNotPublic" to inform about mods where no public source code is available.
• Report shows an information if a mod have status "SourceObfuscated".
• Added all new DLCs, CCPs and Radios up to Financial Districts to "RequiredDlcs".
• Changed the logic when to mark as "Deprecated". A mod will be marked as "Deprecated" only, if a successor is available.
• Old mods without successor might have alternatives listed, Status "Abandoned" and can even have Stability "Stable"
• Stability "RequiresIncompatibleMod" can be set if a mod have a broken mod as dependency, that is not (yet) marked as Incompatible in the workshop.
• Catalogue update to version 7

With this version over 1200 catalogue updates have been maintained for 423 Mods re-tested mods. 115 got an updated "Stability Status", 126 got "Status" updates. A lot of more detailed information regarding to various mods. Additionally several mods that where classified in the past as "Broken" are now back to "Major Issues" or even "Minor Issues" due to various game updates as well as other mod updates in the past few month.
