Added Hacker spawnpoints and Apothicon's Servant to the Mystery Box

Massive update for all configs:
-Removed Staves and Winters' Howl (they're kinda broken)
-Added M.A.D.
-Fixed any STG-44 and Grenade wallbuys.
-Added Hacker and Zap Gun Dual Wield wonder weapons
-Fixed perk arrangement and made Wunderfizz have everything in it
-Improved sounds some more using Ghostlymoo and nZombies Unlimited's assets
-Hellhounds no longer spawn on round 21 for maps where that canonically doesn't happen.
-PaP camo now depends on map: WAW maps use The Giant, BO1 maps use Circuits, and BO2 maps use Element 115
-New config filenames
-Etc.

Another lil update for all my configs.
-Fixed wallbuy prices to be more canon-accurate. This means they are mostly cheaper with the exception of the M1 Garand and Double-Barrelled Shotgun, which are now 600 and 1200 points respectively.
-Removed Wavy's weapons as they are significantly weaker than Owlie's, which are used for the majority of the weapons in these configs. Restored old Winters' Howl as well.

Map-specific changes:
-Removed weird fog on Reichstag.
-Added a grenade and flamethrower wallbuy on Der Riese.

Retroactively added in Coming Home as the Easter Egg Song alongside Nuketown's proper Game Over sound for canon consistency, and a nuke effect in the background of the map to add to the atmosphere.

The fog was also cleared up. Except on dog rounds.

Part of a string of updates for all supported configs.
The changes:
-Added 4 ammo boxes (they are currently borked and get cheaper with each use but that is due to a goof in the gamemode itself. it will be fixed soon I hear.)
-Fixed the position of the Easter Egg Song triggers and changed their model to the Element 115 rocks from Origins.
-New sounds, plus I got rid of the duplicate ones the config previously used since I doubt they will be removed from Moo's content pack (their origin) anytime soon. Enjoy faster load times.

Universal update for all configs still supported.
-Added some weapons from Wavy's Ultimate Weapon pack in, including missing weapons from WAW-BO2 and weapons from MW-MW2.
-Added the shield from Origins and the Crossbow from BO3.
-Fixed wallbuys on original configs to be more fair.
-Chose a PAP camo (Origins) and Easter Egg trigger model (Nacht uses Vodka Bottle, Verrückt uses Vodka Bottle, Shi no Numa uses Phone, Der Riese uses Teddy Bear, Kino der Toten uses 115 Rock (Origins), Nuketown 2 uses 115 Rock (plain/canon Kino), Reichstag uses Vodka Bottle and Kakariko Village uses Teddy Bear. Note that for the PAP camos, most weapons will still use their old defaults until Owlie fully updates his weapon packs. Let him take his time, he's got uni to worry about too and I'd argue that that's a little more important than funny camos.
-Made Wonder Weapons more common since they were a little TOO rare especially with two whole packs of new weapons being dumped into the mix on top of them.

Map-specific changes:
-Kakariko Village no longer uses a separate addon for its Teddy Bear model that appears in front of the Mystery Box tomb. It now uses a model from the nZombies Unlimited pack that some HUDs also depend on.
-Kino der Toten and Nuketown 2 have shed off their WAW alts. It's a bit much work for me for something I doubt anyone is going to use especially now that there are much more weapons to play with.
-More wallbuys on Reichstag.

-Redid the wallbuys. There are now more of them, and they are better organized.
-Blocked off some exploit spots. You won't even notice it unless you're a real cheesemaster.

Due to its functional inferiority, the Black Ops 4 knife was swapped out for the Classic Knife in the BO2/normal version of this config.

Navmesh was updated, go reinstall it. Most areas where zombies get stuck should now be fixed. Keep in mind I am using the new zombies that will be added to the Halloween update tomorrow (which are the same ones in Moo's content pack in my "More nZombies stuff" collection) so if the old zombies have problems, that won't be for long once they are phased out.
