Bugfixes for ClassicTrauma

Fixed being unable to enter sub from docking module of an outpost.
Fixed humans ignoretint being false
Fixed IDs not being able to open anything
SubupgradeNPC no longer has missing clothes.
Fixed mudraptor_unarmored and Mudraptor_veteran trying to spawn.
