1- Extended the Re-Tending duration by 1 hour.
2- Increased the Gene recovery duration from 0.10 days to 2 days (Thats a big nerf, Oof).

Second reminder! if anyone knows how to do Configurable SeverityPerDay then please help!!!

Remade this mod to a better usage.
from simply reducing Gene implant cooldown, to making it Tendable and also works with both Gene Extractor and Gene implant.
