-First iteration of the injury system for stove smoking :
*Injury chance is tied to the outcome multiplier we are already using for the timed action lenght
*There is three tier of possible injury (For now they just burn one hand / burn both hand / burn both hand + head)

-Added Drunkenness as influence source for stove smoking outcome

-Car lighter can now be broken and in need of repair before being usable
-Added sound
-Updated icons

-The lenght of the Timed Action to light a cigarette on a car lighter is now tied to the durability AND charge level of the battery
-The lenght of the Timed Action to light a cigarette on a stove is now tied to multiple player stats (Pain,Endurance,Fatigue and Panic)
