1.5.2 Patch

Step-Up Transformers no longer accept power directly from crew and must instead have power delivered to them by the grid.

Update 1.5.1

Adds High Voltage cables, Step Up/Down Transformers, Conveyor cables.

Changes the old Transformer into the Converter, not the final form of this block, but a necessary change for the sake of usability.

Additionally, various parts now use a new system that allows me to set variables globally, at least, most variables, this won't change what you see in game, but will change the way I develop, hopefully making things easier.

Next update probably in like six years at this rate.

Med and Large Hyperdrive permadrain fixed.
Engine Rooms now properly distribute power.
Modular Rocket Thruster now compatible.

Notes: It's been almost a year since the last update, I'm sorry about that, I've been extremely busy IRL and didn't have time to keep up with Cosmoteer's updates, I plan to continue updating MMCT and actually get to adding everything I want to add.

++Very critical issue, game crashes on crew construction of essentially every block in the mod, the cause is still unknown.
