Air Accel 0.25 -> 0.35 (something I want to test out)

Dspecial:
You can no longer place presents in the air
Present also blow up after a certain amount of time

Nspecial:
Projectile is bigger and sends upwards

Fspecial:
Projectile will go back towards you instead of going backwards
On parry it goes towards you anyways

~ Fixed an error where Sivi doing a successful parry check (not doing a tilt after initally getting parried) would force sivi into parry stun after doing a tilt

Nair:
~ Edited some stuff to see if it would connect slightly better
~ Fixed lifetime error on the second hit
+ Made the hitbox a bit bigger to fit with the hurtbox more

Dattack:
+ Same hitbox change as Nair but only the first hitbox

Tried to fix a bug where you could plant present on the walls

Changed the input from special to shield on hit (Just to prevent misinputs)
45 frames more cooldown if you trigger present in hitstop [makes it more risky to pull off]

* The patch basically is she relies less on present and can rely on her self more
