-Fixed an issue where 'Repeal the Enabling Act' focus would appear available after completion
-The focus 'Mobilize the Sudeten Freikorps' is no longer available if Anschluss bypasses (in the Kaiser route)
-'Declared Pan-Germanism' requirement no longer shows for Anschluss if Hitler has not been overthrown

-Changed the starting states of the democratic civil war
-Added a 'Regency' event line for if the Kaiser cannot be returned or the Kaiser dies
-Added new options for Kaiser
-Added decisions to 'Restore Nazi Leadership', which also triggers the 'Hypocrisy' event line

-Germany now joins the Austrian civil war after the 'Liberate Austrians' focus
-Austrian civil war is lowered to a 30% size if Austria is a player, 60% if they are AI

-Fixed an Event that was broken
-Added scripted localisation to the 'Mackensen Conspiracy' so that if Mackensen is dead, the focus becomes 'Oster Conspiracy'
-Fascist party no longer becomes the 'DNF' after completing 'Revive the Kaiserreich', it now changes during the reform events with Alfred Hugenberg become fascist leader as well

-Updated for 1.12.12

-Reduced 'Rebuilding' focuses to 35 days
