mag all for full brakes and low speed, to keep from sliding on hills
little ramp between loco and tender so you dont have to jump to get between them

added support for realistic firing (fire temp is based off coal in firebox, blower, and stack pressure)

dont worry if you dont feel like firing like this, when the realistic firing switch is off, firing is the exact same as before
