Various fixes
-no lifting up on teleportation
-coin easier to pick up
-easier to get TEV suit
-removed gas masks that caused crashes
-hurt trigger expanded on bulldozer
-particle effect on electric gun to make more obvious
-decreased difficulty on lightning dog
-removed playable darts (possibly causing crashes)
-changed per pixel light on train (possibly causing crashes)
-added handposes to various areas to help player
-Others
