buffs:
+ Late hit of Nair lifetime increased, 4 -> 6
+ Boosted Dspecial overall damage increased, 12% -> 14%

nerfs:
- Mira can no longer do damage to players who are currently grabbed by Bottom
- Dattack overall damage lowered, 10% -> 8%
- Dspecial overall damage lowered, 12% -> 9%
- Uspecial/Dspecial no longer TPs opponents when they have armor
- Bottom full combo overall damaged lowered, 14% -> 10%

fixes:
= Adjusted SDI and Drift multipliers on Bottom
= Nspecial checks for hitpause when spawning projectiles (preventing very funny interactions)
= Fixed a bug that would make Bottom drop his grab

buffs:
+ Dattack connects a little bit better
+ Dspecial's hitbox was made a little more wider
+ If aerial, Horizon now stops moving if one of their attacks connect
+ Horizon's attack comes out 4 frames faster
+ On hit, Mira can now summon her assists, with increased cooldown

nerfs:
- Jab 1's damage was lowered, 3 -> 2
- Dattack comes out 2 frames slower, F5 -> F7
- Dattack has some more endlag, +4 frames
- Dspecial Miracide's percent cap was increased from 75 to 100
- Bottomcide percent cap was increased from 90 to 110
- Bottom can no longer target players he hits with super or soft armor

changes/fixes:
= Mira now enters first jump state after successfully landing a Dspecial offstage
= Bottom now makes his target invincible in an attempt to prevent bugs, hopefully
= Various article reinforcements to hopefully prevent future bugs
